Depression and OCD and now fear of fire after a recent arson attack?

There wad an attack of arson a few doors down tonight, I live in a flat, first floor there are only two floors. Some person has put a wheelie bin in front of a front door and set it alight , setting the door alight and nearly the flat too. If I hadn't have called the fire brigade what would have happened terrifies me. I now fear for my own flat, not just for me^ but my beloved cat Dipsey and dog coco. If anything happened to them I would never forgive myself. I'm already scared of going outside as I have vert severe depression and also have OCD tendencies. Now I'm panicking so much. Please help me.
