Why can't you chain book of moon?

it is just a glitch in the game , also you may have tried to book as it hit the field since book would resolve first you technically can't chain book TOO the summoning how ever you can activate it immediately after the summoning occurs IRL it's also just them miss speaking since again you cannot TECHNICALLY "respond" to the summoning unless it negates the summoning XD i hope that helps
