Ever since i was a kid ive been overweight. Ive tried a couple of times to lose it but i never can. im actually not in bad shape though. im very strong and since i run so much trying to lose weight i am one of the fastest guys on my varsity baseball team. however i am 5' 9" and 219 pounds with a gut. when i have tried in the past to lose weight i usually focus more on working out. can someone give me dieting and quick, effective workouts for abs because i am kept pretty busy by baseball.
