Am I going to go to jail?

I'm 16, going to be a junior this year. I've been on and off of truancy probation for about 3 years. I just started to get my head on straight my sophmore year and did good. My attendance was pretty good. We can only stay home 3 days each 6 weeks and I never exceeded those 3 days. I'm on this program where I have to see a therapist, and a mentor. I'm on my school's swim team, and baseball team, with a 3.4GPA. I really picked it up. I get A's and B's. I had court in April and my Probation officer recommended me to go to jail for weekends for 5 weeks. So, my mom asked for an attorny and it got continued for this July 14th. I'm getting a lawyer, and the thing was is that my P.O said she'd recommend me to get off my probation if I didnt miss anymore school from that court date to this one, and I haven't. But my mom called her and she said she's still recommending the same stuff. If I have a lawyer, and my attendence is pretty good, and I have high grades, and GPA. Do you think she'd let me off? This is becoming harrasment by these people, it's ridiculous.
