Can i get my promotable status after a erroneous flag for overweight?

I was looking at my erb to ensure it was up to date and i noticed a ka code under flag section, I never got any notification or counseling saying that i am getting flagged for over weight. I passed my weight and tape test as well my apft. it ended up me losing my promotable status. i got it removed but i moved to another battalion in my brigade. i i need to get advice because i really don't want to go back to the board for someone's mess up.
