Dropped Phone I need help ASAP?

I have the casio brigade the (military grade) phone. It fell out of my pocket and the screen cracked as well as rubbed the keys on the front off so they are not fully clear. It is the SECOND day that i have the phone and it is under warranty still. I was wondering if verizon would replace the phone beause it is still under warranty and it is supposed to be military grade. I am really scared and need help Thanks
