How many women out there had a maternal choice cesarean for no medical reason?

All you need is a lot of money and a hospital that caters to the wealthy in a city. That's where you will find the doctor to do it. However, some of these doctors are being shut down by the hospital requiring a board to approve a non-emergency primary c-section. This change is recent (last 2 years?). So, even if it was available 2 years ago, the option may already be gone unless you live in CA (where you can find any doctor to do just about anything).
