I need a new phone, will Verizon let me?

I have a prepaid plan from Verizon, where I pay whenever i feel like it, and money is taken out of my account when i call or text. But i need a new phone, and none of the phones Verizon offers off my plan are good enough. I do not want a smartphone of any sort. I would like to buy the Casio G'zone Brigade, which is a phone that Verizon carries, but does not offer to prepaid customers. If i buy this phone from an online retailer, can i get the Verizon store to transfer my account and phone number to this new phone?
