I really want to hang out with this guy but he can never?

So me and this guy were playing the question game and he asked if I makeout with him next time we hang and I said yes and he said cool (: and he said he likes me and I like him,but problem is he can't hang whenever I ask because he has like baseball and basketball everyday or if he is not aloud too. He does want to hang and he said summer would be easier but it isn't. And maybe he scared to hang? HELP. And he said yeah that were going to go out soon like boyfriend and girlfriend and I told him to text me when he wants to hang out . and i really want to go out with him hes sosos nice and different then alot of guys i liked!
