I still like an ex alot!?

I still like my ex alot! I see him frequently because he is now my bestfriends boyfriend :/ I see him occasionally at baseball games and partys when his gf isnt there. And hes knows i like him. How do i get him back without hurting my bestfriend like she hurt me? And please dont say move on! I really want him back! Thanks!
